Meet Kristen Gochett

Kristen's practice areas include: Employment, Civil Rights, Business Formation, Personal Injury, and General Civil Litigation cases.

Kristen Gochett is a native of Abbeville, Alabama. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and Criminal Justice from the University of Alabama, graduating summa cum laude. She received her Juris Doctorate Degree from Samford University’s Cumberland School of Law. While at Cumberland, Kristen received CALI Awards in Criminal Procedure I and Deposition Skills & Technology. She also served as President of Cumberland Society of the Arts, Parliamentarian of Cumberland’s Black Law Students Association, a member of the Career Development Advisory Board, and a pupil on the Judge James Edwin Horton American Inn of Court.
