Brittany Falls

Attorney

Brittany Falls has been a practicing attorney
since 2025. Although she is new to the legal world as an attorney,
she has provided wrap-around services for the court as a social
worker since 2019, and maintains her clinical licensure in social
work.

Brittany received her bachelor's degree in
2019 and her master's degree in 2020 from the University of
Alabama; she earned her J.D. from Birmingham School of Law in
2024. Brittany has worked in private practice since 2025.

Brittany handles family law issues including divorce, custody, child
support, visitation, adoption, and dependencies, working as both
parent and petitioner's attorney. Brittany represents defendants at
all stages in the criminal justice system, including traffic,
misdemeanor, and felonies.
